Today I would like to focus on increasing physical activity. Most people who need to increase their physical activity don’t have time to spend hours at the gym I wanted to suggest some small things that will help you burn calories without needing to drastically change your routine. So, here are ten easy tricks to help you kick off extra calories semi-effortlessly. Remember that frequent small activities can make you thin too!Pace while talking in the phone.
At the office get up and talk to people instead of using an intercom or email.
Get up at every ad it comes on TV.
Dance to any music you hear.
Start a garden in your back yard.
Go for the frequent shopping trips. (Walking around window shopping will help you burn calories without spending.)
While shopping, try clothes on to see what fits and what doesn’t. Looking at yourself in the mirror should be fun and energizing and the extra movement burns more calories.
Take a walk and just think ( This is my personal favorite. I call it my thinking trail).
Tapping and fidgeting that works too.
When you are doing the chores, keeping the music on. Sing out loud and dance any chance you have, make the kitchen your own stage.
